Terms & Conditions

General

These general terms and conditions of use (“Terms of Use”) apply to all users of this website.  In the future, these Terms of Use may be different so we recommend that you read these Terms of Use carefully each time you agree to them.  You acknowledge and accept that your use of this website indicates acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Price

All prices quoted on our website are in NZ dollar and including GST. For promotional or sale prices they change from time-to-time customer will pay the price which was active at the time of purchase if the price gets lower after the purchase is completed no refund or price difference will be refunded. This also applies to all future orders which are awaiting delivery. Sale prices and promotions can change without notice.

Colors

Any personal information we receive will be used primarily to respond to inquiries, to sell, supply and deliver The color of images and swatches on our website are as accurate as photography allows. Please note colors may differ slightly from what is displayed on your monitor.

Products Availability

Due to popularity or an interruption of supply, some items may be out of stock or unavailable. It is also possible that all items on our website are not displayed in our store. While we aim to ensure that our website information is correct, sometimes errors do occur, and we apologize. You do not wish to receive any cookies, you may set your browser to refuse them.

Delivery

We strive to arrange delivery of your in-store or online purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. When calculating delivery costs we factor in destination, weight, and size of items. Grouping items in your order will provide better shipping rates and times.

If customers fail to accept the goods when delivery arrives, re-delivery fees may be charged depending on the distance. Alternatively, customers can choose to pick up from our stores without extra payment.

Storage

If customer fails to pick up or accept delivery at the agreed date without advanced notice, a storage fee of 2% of purchase price may be charged per day since then.

Customers who notified us two days in advance to postpone delivery date, free storage will be offered for two weeks since the original agreed delivery date.

Payment Options

There are few payment options: cash, card, direct bank transfer.

A minimum 50% deposit of the total price is required at the time the order is made. Any remaining balance (besides the deposit) should be paid in full and received by us before the agreed delivery date.

A 2% surcharge fee may be imposed by the credit card provider while using at the POS device.

Policy of Made-to-Order

A minimum 50% deposit of the total order has to be prepaid for any ‘made to order’ product and all of our custom-made products are NON-REFUNDABLE after the order is placed.

Lead Time

If your furniture pieces are not currently available, your lead time will be 4-6 weeks for locally made furniture and 14-16 weeks if imported pieces, unless expressed otherwise, depending on what part of the world the piece comes from. We will always try to be as accurate as possible when giving you a lead time.

Warranty Policy 

Warranty is applied to and varied from different products. The warranty of the mattress is as specified in the product description. Please check the goods received carefully, report any defect found within 24 hours after receiving. The warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, neglect, abuse or misuse of your goods, loss or damage (including rusting and corrosion) due to unreasonable exposure to water, heat or weather; loss or damage due to fire, smoke, explosion, lightning, sunlight, infestation by animals or boring insects, or theft, accidental damage or loss caused by a third party. Warranty does not apply to the products sold as clearance, repaired products, or products that have a defect where this has been drawn to the customer’s attention before the purchase of the product. Warranty does not apply to products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly (as per manufacturer’s manual), used altered, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. Warranty does not apply if the product has been placed outdoors or in a humid environment except the outdoor furniture. Warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages. The warranty does not cover products used for a commercial purpose.

Returns and Refunds Policy

If you have ordered a normal stock item (an item we would normally have in the showroom) and have not yet arranged for it to be delivered, then you may cancel and receive a store credit. If you have ordered and received delivery of a normal stock item, we are happy for you to return it to us in a fully saleable (as new) condition still in it’s packaging within 7 days, and receive a store credit If you have placed a deposit on an item, and have then changed your mind, you will receive a store credit.

Cancellations

Any cancelled order, where the stock is accepted back, will incur a restocking fee of 15%.

Damaged Items and Claims

You must inspect each product, including the inside of the package upon receipt. Any tearing, ripping, holes at time of delivery are all indications of a possible damage or loss within. When this is noted at delivery an endorsement of “Damage/Loss” must be written clearly on the Consignment Note at that time. Acceptance by the signatory without” Damage/Loss” confirms that all goods indicated were received in good condition.

Security

Please pay attention that we may contact you via phone call or email after receiving your payment for security check purpose. We may keep your order status as pending if we cannot reach you or do not hear from you, and we want to apologies for any inconvenience and delays this may cause. All pickup orders, please present your photo ID with your corresponding credit card as a verification of the payment, we reserve the right to stop trading if we believe your order have potential risk of a fraud.
